Senior Model Team // Sunflowers

“More than just a pretty face.”

That was the sign we saw while walking through the sunflower field at Dorothea Dix Park for this Senior Model Team shoot.  It was describing the sunflowers and what they do for our environment, but one of the girls pointed it out to me and said isn’t that one of ways you describe the team?

Yes, it is!  I always want to make it clear to the team that it’s not about looking like a model, but embracing your own beauty and worth in this world.  It’s about being comfortable in your own skin and being a source of light + positivity for others.

Just like the sunflowers.
