As a realtor, you know how important great photos are. Trying to sell a house with dark or blurry images makes your job harder than it has to be. Your perspective clients are looking for a someone that they can trust to find their dream home and you may have only seconds to show them who you are before they click away in their google search. You may need more than 1 or 2 great images – you may need a steady stream of photos to use on your social media to stand out as an active and thoughtful professional.
Selfies aren’t enough anymore. You need to show that you are a professional and that you take your profession seriously- and will take their needs seriously, too.
When planning for your own session think about what you want to convey and how you want to use these images from your session. Will they be used in a newsletter? Will they be used for thoughtful posts on Instagram and Facebook for your followers to get to know you better? People connect with people and you may need to show them a little more about you.
