This is Emily. Emily is a senior at Apex High School this year and is looking forward to college + then med school to be a pediatrician. And traveling- lots of traveling- to Hawaii, Greece and Italy.
For her senior portraits, she was looking for a fun session with beautiful scenery, and I think we had a pretty good time at the Raulston Arboretum, which never disappoints in the beautiful scenery department. And not just fun, but also a workout, because I had Emily try a few new techniques for getting just the right shot by twirling, walking fast toward me and then backwards – all hard to do when trying to look pretty too! I asked Emily what she thought makes a woman strong and beautiful and she said a woman who knows her own worth. A solid answer which she supports with her favorite quote~
“She believed she could so she did.”
And after spending this day with Emily, I believe she will too. 🙂
