Even though Maya has already graduated high school and is officially off on her next adventure at the University of Alabama, I couldn’t let her senior session slip by without sharing it here. Maya was part of my Senior Model Team this past year, and I loved each of our model team shoots with her, but especially her senior portait session!
For her session, Maya wanted a mix of settings that reflected southern charm. We started at a local country club for that timeless, old southern charm—complete with manicured greens and classic architecture. From there, we headed to NC State’s campus, which held special meaning since her mom used to work in one of the nearby buildings. We wrapped up at the WRAL Azalea Gardens, where the soft blooms and greenery added the perfect romantic touch to close out her session.
I also love sharing a little more about my seniors beyond just their photos, so here’s a peek into Maya’s Q&A:
College hopeful? If so, where?
University of Alabama 🐘
What are you thinking about majoring in? What would be your dream job?
I’m planning to major in Business, and I’m interested in minoring in fashion, real estate, criminal justice, or law. My dream job would blend those interests and allow me to make an impact while doing something I love.
What was the highlight of your senior year?
Definitely being part of the Senior Model Team, working at my internship, and getting to experience college visits.
Best of luck in Alabama, Maya!!
