I recently worked with Monarch Financial Planning on a branding session in Durham, and it was the perfect example of how a well-planned shoot can give a team a full library of images to use across their entire business.
One of the biggest goals for this session was to create a wide range of images they could use in different ways.
During our time together, we captured:
• Individual headshots for each team member
• Group photos of the full team
• On-location portraits in Durham
• Working, “in-action” images in a nearby conference room

Since their name is Monarch Financial Planning, we incorporated a butterfly mural in Durham as part of their session.
It was such a fun and intentional way to tie in their brand while still keeping the overall look professional and polished.
We planned everything ahead of time from location to wardrobe – so that on the day of the shoot, the team could show up and feel confident knowing exactly what to expect.
