As a photographer in Apex, NC, I love working with local seniors, especially from schools like Apex Friendship. It’s always great to hear about their high school adventures and what they’re looking forward to. Libby was so excited for what’s next after graduation, and I’m thrilled I got to capture such an important moment for her!

Describe your personal style. Any favorite places to shop? Who or what inspires your personal style?
I shop mostly second hand, but i love vintage clothes and wear a lot of jeans because I don’t really like to have my leg out. I like to shop at brandy melville, john galt, and levi’s. I like a somewhat “90’s aesthetic” and but i also love a kind of “hippie” aesthetic.
What are your interests and hobbies in your school, in your community or elsewhere?
i love to read and enjoy painting, listening to music, and i love to be with my friends.
How would your best friends describe you?
well spoken, strong, passionate, emphatic, comedic (i texted my friends and forced them to describe me)
Favorite way to spend an afternoon?
laying in my bed listening to “Maple Syrup” by The Backseat Lovers with a book
When I grow up, I want to be…
a sports journalist
What is the one thing you will geek out on and you don’t care what anyone thinks of you?
OMG i absolutely love marvel, especially spiderman and i could talk about it for hours
What are you MOST excited about for life AFTER high school?
having my own place – i have two siblings and living by myself sounds very exciting
What is something unique about you? What is one weird fact about yourself?
i am lifeguard certified, and one time i binge watched the entire hunger games series of movies in a day
