Your branding images are meant to be more than a beautiful headshot of you- they are meant to show you doing what you do. You want your ideal clients to be able to envision what working with you looks like and moreover- to see themselves working with you!

Bringing the right props to your branding session will help to convey the emotions and aesthetics of your brand, so be intentional about the things you bring to your shoot.

Here are some ideas for props to use in branding photos:

Your tools- what do you use to do your job?

Your laptop/phone – again, these are used to do your job. People want to see how you work!

The coffee mug – this is a great prop because it show you as relatable and approachable. Can your ideal clients envision themselves having coffee and conversation with you?

Celebratory items- show joy and celebration with glitter, confetti or champagne! These are fun for social media and lets people envsion themselves celebrating a win with you!

Seasonal items- these images can be used for newlsetters, promotions and social media.

Branding images are often about digging a little deeper into who you are, what you do and how you can connect with people. By being intentional when we plan your session we can make sure that we get the most use out our time together and every image we take!
